This Specialty coffee is from South and central. . It’s grown at 1600M above sea level.

Our master roaster worked with us on an exclusive roast level that we absolutely love. This profile brings out the Milk chocolate over tones with Nutty and orange under tones. For those who love coffee all day long with out the buzz this one has amazing flavour and is decaffeinated by the CO2 process. All natural zero chemicals.

This coffee is best brewed as Pour over, automatic coffee maker but does well in many other methods such as milk based espresso drinks.

This Coffee was Sustainably sourced and shipped. Highwood Coffee is also a Bull frog business which means we purchase 850kWh per month in Renewable energy to off set our carbon footprint. With more support our goal is to also purchase Green natural gas to reduce our carbon foot print by an additional 5tonnes per year.

• We take back our coffee bags to be recycled via Terracycle.

• We do local deliveries by Bicycle or Plug in EV.

• We plant a tree for every $55.00 in sales we make.
