Private Label Coffee – Wholesale Details
Wholesale Price: $13.00 per bag (340g)
Case Size: 30 bags per case ($390/case)
Minimum Order: 1 case (30 bags) — must be ordered in multiples of 30 (e.g., 30, 60, 90…)
Available Blends: Mountain Roast or Dark Sky
Lead Time: 5–7 business days so we can schedule roasting and delivery
Shipping: Local delivery only within Calgary (no national shipping set up at the moment)
🖨️ Labels:
Before you order, please design your label at 3” wide by 4” tall. We like Canva files, but whatever works is fine — PNG file type is ideal.
If you're planning to sell the coffee, make sure your label follows any applicable local labeling laws.
Once your label is designed and you've placed your order, we’ll reach out to you and ask you to email the label to sales@highwoodcoffee.ca. We’ll upload it into our system and print + apply the labels to the bags.
We try our best to get every label perfectly straight, but they might be a tiny bit off here and there — it's part of the handmade charm.
Note Pictures of labels in this description are for example only. ** Sorry we do not design labels for you. If you need a designer we suggest using a local studio or ffiver online. Please have your label ready before ordering. * For more examples of our labels please see our Instagram.
☕ Roasting Schedule:
We roast on a shared system — we don’t own the facility ourselves. Typically, we go in during late-week or weekend evenings, depending on availability. We ask for 5-7 business days to get your order set up, roasted and delivered to you here in Calgary or local area. Occasionally if we’re out of a certain type of coffee we may have to wait for a shipment from our Vancouver warehouse. this can add another 4 business days on average. email us at sales@highwoodcoffee.ca if you have a large order. We can double check our stock of green beans first.
