Traditional Spicy Chai is inspired by Ayurvedic tea traditions, where bold spices are blended with black tea to create a warming, invigorating infusion. Aromatic, complex, and deeply flavourful, this chai is designed to stimulate the senses and deliver a naturally comforting cup.
This blend combines Assam black tea with ginger bits, star anise, fennel, coriander seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, black peppercorns, cloves, and orange peel. The result is a balanced spice profile—warming and slightly sweet, with a gentle heat and citrus lift.
Chai has long been enjoyed in South Asian culture as a daily ritual, traditionally simmered with milk and sweetener to create a rich, spiced tea that supports digestion and wellbeing.
Each bag contains approximately 220g net weight (around 40 tea sachets).
Brewing Instructions:
Use one sachet per cup. Steep in freshly boiled water cooled to approximately 95°C for 4–5 minutes.
