Manual Shipping Information

Highwood Coffee offers nationwide shipping via Canada Post Prepaid Flat Rate Boxes (Small, Medium, Large). Our shop is currently set up for local delivery within Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, and surrounding areas. However, we also ship manually to other destinations across Canada.

Manual Shipping Process

• Email us at sales@highwoodcoffee with subject line “Canada Wide Shipping” . We’ll email back asking what coffee and size you want and get your name and address info. once that’s done we’ll send an invoice. Once paid we’ll pack your order and send you the tracking number and off it goes through Canada post.

• Minimum Canada wide shipping is 2 × 2lb bags or 4× 3/4Lb bags or a maximum of a case of coffee. 30 small bags or 10 2lb bags. Anything more than a case of coffee we’ll likely find someone like Can-par to mail it out. Anything more than a case of coffee will be charged out at wholesale prices.

• Quebec: Montreal, Quebec City, Gatineau, Laval, Longueuil

• Saskatchewan: Regina, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Yorkton
